I want to inform you that my iMac has installed your application and when I am alerted that there is an update for it, I am getting error like:

The application could not be downloaded.

Hash mismatch

And it does not update it. I thought I would let you know. Thanks!

I purchased the app this morning for one reason. I need to capture screenshots from my iTunes or Quicktime video player. I have a MacBook Pro running Lion.

I can't seem to have your app open at the same time as iTunes, without your menu staying on the screen.

Please help!
Thanks!

Good Day - I had a question regarding this software - can it in fact be used to record the iTunes Visualizer?
Thanks!

I love the app my issue is that when I exit the program it seems to never keep the options stored - ie. I always want the icon in the menu bar but it never stores that setting.
